40303.org is an attempt to build a music news portal that is of interest to people involved with the Calgary electronic music scene. Our hope is to replace the mediocre technology being used by the existing scene with a centralized website that is more usable, visually-consistent and user-friendly.

We are part of the Hotbox Network, a group of Calgary-area websites dedicated to alternative culture and lifestyles. Other network websites include Hotbox Magazine, our community media project, and Smokkr.com, our drug policy link aggregator. We're presently working on a radio website and several other projects.
